I have been following a number of posts about the negative experiences here, some people go overboard in their reactions to others but I will say this
I have been in Israel almost 25 years, I am in my fourth round of unemployment, doing a bit of coaching to try and build something
I turned down a good job in england a while back because I love it here.
My point is some people make Aliyah from a mindset of entitlement thinking Israel owes them.
It is indeed a great celebration when another Jew comes home but Israel does not come to a standstill because you have made Aliyah.
Israel's challenges, waves of terror and the constant threat of annihilation by our loving neighbors in the "quiet" neighborhood that is the middle east for some reason still ensues despite your Aliyah .

Israel has plenty of issues , there are a lot of unacceptable things going on here but that is life and not unique to Israel .
What Israel has achieved in 67 years is beyond miraculous, Israel is almost if not the number one responder to natural disasters all around the world and for its size that willingness is amazing...I could go on....
Many say easier said that done...well obviously because it is said not done

How you choose to see Israel no matter what goes on here is how you will deal with and live in Israel
